You'll need one (like yourbusiness.com, about $10 to $20 a year) before launch day, not to get started. Our request form helps you find one that's free.

    We send you a private link to your finished website. Ask for changes until you love it.

  3. Pay once

    Pay by card on the same link. Nothing is charged before that.

    Make a free Netlify account (where your site lives), then copy two settings to the company you bought your web address from. About 15 minutes, and your page shows you exactly what to do.

Comfortable building websites and setting up hosting yourself? You may not need us. Keyturn is for business owners who'd rather have it done for them.

Whoever owns the business should own the website. Not the designer, and not us.

Your website goes into your own account, on a domain in your name. Keyturn never holds your domain or your hosting account, and never asks for your passwords. We build it, hand over the keys, and step out of the way.

Your account, your name

Your website is created inside your own Netlify account. You can see it, change it or move it anytime, with or without us.

Secure from the first visit

The padlock turns on automatically once your domain connects, and renews itself, so visitors always see a secure site.

Passwords stay private

You sign in to Netlify yourself. Keyturn uses that access only to add your website, and deletes it from your browser as soon as it's done.

Changes go to the same site

Need an update later? Email us. We make it, you approve it on your link, and it replaces the old version. Your address stays the same.

Netlify is the company that keeps your website online. Your site lives in a free Netlify account in your name, set up once on launch day.

What is it?

Netlify is the company that keeps your website online. When someone types your web address, Netlify's computers show them your site. Businesses large and small use it.

Why your own account?

So the website is yours, in your name. If you ever stop working with us, your site keeps running. Nobody can take it offline but you.

What does it cost?

Nothing for most small business websites. Netlify's free plan covers them. Very busy websites may need its paid plan.

Is my account safe?

Keyturn uses your Netlify access only to add your website. We never see your password, and we delete the access from your browser as soon as your website is added. You can also remove Keyturn anytime in your Netlify settings.

What you'll do, once, on launch day

  1. Create a free Netlify accountAn email and a password, then confirm your email. No card needed. Skip any setup questions.
  2. Press AuthorizeThis lets Keyturn put your website into your account.
  3. Copy two settingsTo the company you bought your web address from. Your page shows them, and we check until it works.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You tell us about your business, and we build it. Going live takes about 15 minutes, and your page shows each step.

What does it cost?

One payment, by plan: Keyturn Basic is $500, Keyturn Plus is $1,000 and Keyturn Premium is $1,500. That covers designing, building and launching your website, and you pay only after you've seen it. Hosting is free on Netlify's free plan for most small business sites. Your only yearly cost is your web address, usually $10 to $20.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe, on the private link where you see your website. Only when you're happy with it, and only once.

How do I know where my website is?

When you send your request, you get a private tracking link. Save it. It shows each step with dates, from request received to live, and updates on its own.

Who owns the website after launch?

You do. It goes into your own free Netlify account, on a domain in your name. That's why you sign in to Netlify yourself on launch day.

What if I don't have a web address yet?

Send your request anyway. You'll need one before launch day. Our request form suggests names that are free, with a link to buy one in your own name in about five minutes. Turn on auto-renew so it never expires.

How does my domain get connected?

Your page shows two settings with copy buttons and where to paste them for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace and others. Your email keeps working. We check every 30 seconds and tell you the moment it works, usually within minutes.

Will my contact form work?

Yes. Messages go straight to your email. We switch it on when your website goes live.

What kind of website will I get?

One scrolling page built for your business: up to 5 sections with Basic, up to 10 with a menu with Plus, or as many as you need with Premium. It works on phones, tablets and computers. See one café built at each plan.

Can I change my website later?

Yes. Email us what to change. We make it, you approve it on your link, and it replaces the old version on the same site.
